30A Ballet is the premiere dance studio on the Emerald Coast. We offer the highest standard in dance education in the area. Owner/Director, Allyson Gerron Raymond, is a former professional ballet dancer and holds Bachelors Degrees in Dance Pedagogy, Arts Management and Dance Performance. She has been teaching dance for over 30 years. Ms. Raymond's performance credits include: "Swan Lake", "Coppelia", Balanchine's "Nutcracker" (Soloist), "Paquita" (Soloist), "Sleeping Beauty" (Soloist), "Don Quixote", "Carmen" & Balanchine's "Serenade". She has trained with some of the greats in the dance world, including Robert Barnett, Robert Joffrey, David Howard, Nicholas Pacana, Stanley Zampakos, Pavel Rotaru, Anne Burton Avery, Pavel Rotaru, Maniya Baredo, Tom Pazik, Terrell Paulk & Diane Callahan, just to name a few. Ms. Allyson performed with several professional companies, including The Atlanta Ballet & International Ballet Rotaru. She was a soloist at The Gainesville Ballet during her college years. Ms. Raymond was an instructor at The Atlanta Ballet (19 years) and has taught Master Classes all across the Southeast. It was her vision to bring the level of professional quality dance to Walton, Bay and Okaloosa Counties that she has seen throughout her career in larger cities.
30A Ballet only employs professionals. We do not hire teenagers or student teachers! 30A BALLET...Inspiring excellence in Dance on the Emerald Coast
Level A1: Age 3, 45 minute class
Level A2: Age 4, 1 hour class
Level A3: Age 5, 1 hour class
Level A4: Ages 5 1/2- 6, 1 hour class
Level B1: Age 6-7 years old, 1 class per week.
Level B2: (1st yr in B2) Ages 7-9, 1 class per week.
Level B2: (2nd yr in B2) Ages 8-9, 2 classes per week
Level B3: Ages 8-11, (1.5 hr.) 2 classes per week.
Level B4: Ages 10-12, (1.5 hr.) 2 classes per week.
**Levels C & D are by Audition only**
Level C: Ages 12-15, (1.5 hour) 3 technique classes per week & 2 pointe classes per week.
Level D: Ages 15-21, 3- 1.5 hr. technique & 2 pointe classes per week required.
Available for students in levels B4 and up. Students must be at least 11 years old and must be recommended for pointe class by their instructor. Students must take at least 2 ballet technique classes per week in order to take pointe class.
C & D Levels: minimum two pointe classes per week.
TAP (Ages 5 & up), MODERN DANCE (Ages 10 & up) and JAZZ (Ages 6 & up)
Ages 9 and up, by audition only. Dancers must attend all required classes, plus rehearsals on Saturday. Apprentice Company, Jr. Company and Sr. Company.
Performances include Nutcracker, Spring Concert, visits to Sr. Living Homes, Holly Fair Festival and more!

Multiple BALLET Classes:
1- 1.5 hour class - $100./month
2- 1 hour classes- $110./month
2- 1.5 hour classes - $145./mo.
(Additional 1/2 hour pointe class: $30./mo)
C/D Levels- 3 Technique & 2 pointe classes - $250.
*NOTE: If your dancer takes ballet and wants to add tap, jazz or modern:
Tap 1- $55/month additional.
Tap 2, Tap 3, Jazz or Modern- $60/per month additional.
Light Pink Leotard with short sleeves, no decoration, no tutu/skirt attached. Light pink footed tights. Hair in a tight ponytail or Bun. Light pink leather ballet slippers.
Black Leotard with either spaghetti straps or tank style. Light pink convertible tights. Light pink leather baller slippers. Hair in a high, tight bun with a hairnet or bun cover.
*Note- D Levels may also wear Burgundy leotards!
Black Leotard; Dancers' choice of Tan, Black or Pink Tights; Hair in a ponytail or bun.
Tap- Black tap shoes
Jazz- Tan leather Jazz shoes
Modern- Bare feet or socks
***Jazz shorts may be worn over leotard/ tights (Any color).
***No bra tops! Bellies must be covered.
REQUIRED: Cover-up over dancewear coming and going to the studio is a must. No dance shoes allowed outside the building ever!
